Chloe is from Jackson Township Ohio, and attended The University of Phoenix studying Business Management. Additionally, she has also certified previously as an MCSE, and FOA (Fiber Optics) Technician.
Chloe is the founder and web creator of PINKessence.com (PE), an online Transgender Social Network (like Facebook) for "Trans Identifying & Gender Expressive Individuals, Partners & Supportive Allies."
Although Chloe serves as our Patient Coordinator, she wears many hats as our Director of Trans Health. She is our website builder and administrator. Chloe also coordinates all of Rumer Cosmetics's promotions, advertisement, special events, scheduling of conference workshops and speaking engagements, as well as a consultant on the Transgender community and patient experience. While in the office, Chloe's main responsibility is to serve as liaison of Patient Outreach and Support for Rumer Cosmetic's Transgender PRE and POST-OP clients.
She has also presented workshops and been a Key Note Speaker for such conferences as The Southern Comfort Conference, Colorado Gold Rush, First Event, and Fantasia Fair. Her Blog writings on ChloePrince.com have been cited by educators and university professors, in student essays, as well as been featured in printed publications, news papers and magazines around the world.
Before coming to work with Dr Rumer, Chloe --while married with 2 Children and working on the job for AT&T-- transitioned from Male to Female in 2006, then surgically aligned her body with her brain gender via a Gender Reassignment Surgery (GRS), in 2008.
