Her reputation for attention to detail and meticulous technique, along with an insightful female perspective, has sparked a rising demand for her expertise. Her warm and approachable nature allows her patients to feel comfortable and, most importantly, develop trust.

Dr. Rumer performs a full range of aesthetic procedures for the face, body and breast. She is also a breast reconstruction and post-weight loss, body-contouring specialist.

She is the founder Delaware Valley Aesthetics (nka: Rumer Cosmetic Surgery, 2012) where she works with other specialists to provide the best possible healthcare for her patients.

In addition to her wide array of services and techniques, Dr Rumer also specializes in M2F and F2M gender confirming procedures. She also serves as a fellowship site director for the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, one of the only residency programs that train surgeons in the art of gender confirming surgery. Dr Rumer is an active member of WPATH and has served as an advocate on a local and national level.
